Information on shipping

All deliveries are made by Deutsche Post / DHL parcel service. For items that require a parcel length of >120 cm, we reserve the right to deliver by DPD or GLS parcel service in individual cases. You agree that when shipping via DHL parcel, your email address or telephone number will be passed on to Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn, so that DHL can contact you by email or telephone before delivering the goods in order to arrange a delivery date or provide status information on the delivery of the shipment. You can revoke your consent in this regard at any time.

Tax-free deliveries to countries outside the EU

For direct shipments to countries outside the EU, we deduct German VAT from the value of the goods. Any costs incurred during import (customs processing, import sales tax, etc.) are to be borne by you. If, on the other hand, you carry out the export yourself, you pay us the full gross amount including German VAT; in this case, no subsequent tax refunds are possible on our part.
